Sarah Womble
Sarah is driven. No obstacles or setbacks deter her. She worked all through high school and saved her money. She also graduated Salutatorian of her class at Palm Harbor University High School. She then went to The University of Florida where she was on the UF crew team and graduated in Anthropology with honors – in four years. During her Junior year she studied abroad at the Universidad de Valencia in Spain. After that Spring term she embarked on a planes, trains, boats, automobiles and Lord knows what else while traveled through western Europe, Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia ending her trip in Manilla. She returned with two days to prepare for her senior year at UF. She paid for all of this with wages saved in high school.
She has worked in various fields and is trying to find the dream job – a job that you would do for free and are amazed they pay you for it. And she loves the IPA beers she discovered while in Europe that are now booming in the States. She works at the Legion Brewery out of Charlotte, NC. She loves the industry, the beer, the linear order of logical steps to maintain consistent quality. It makes sense, and that is what she is good at. Making sense, efficiently and with quality service.
Sarah has qualified to be Cicerone level 1!
